i hope there is cp balance for novs and black sun content. because the highest cp always messes up the low cp. and that is very unfair. please help

If you don't wanna get PKed don't farm in one place that's how High CP players catch you, get a Necessary amount of points in one area then go to another one, check your surroundings if there's any High CP players, don't trust those who are passing by they will PK you when you least expect them, if there's a Player passing by, leave at once find another area...
