Resistance ability refers to probability of happening or not happening with skill effects such as knockdown, knockup, knockback, stun, freeze (except grab skill).
Meanwihle some players that have better network quality (lower ping) could escape when happening of resistance but some who don't have stable network could not do it easily, as soon as performing escape they hited by opponent (that have better network).
So it seems players that have better network are using hack tools and get untouchable.
Removing resistance could decrease feeling unstable network.
