Fletcher damage barely catches up to Archer. Piercing Darkness barely helps which only deals basic attack damage, notice that Phantasma's Scattering Darkness deals 200% PVP damage at max of 4 hits. Also I noticed in PC version and in Fletcher's trailer he has a Wolf/Lycan that assists him in combat. Add this Wolf/Lycan like in his trailer to his arsenal:
Blessings of Light: use all skill to gain 10 Blessings of Light, when full use any skill to use Lycan Chase
Lycan Chase: Summon a Lycan that chases a nearby target then explodes with 800% area damage
