It is exactly what you read. Warlords mobility is bad, Mayhem is a good skill that easily chains from Upperhand but you made it completely useless. Both skills can even be used for mobility if you add movement range in it. It made me stop fighting Jang Iksoon from Udoksini questline hust to look at its moveset.
