He also grants speed debuff on his enemies WHILE he keeps getting faster and faster. It has been asked many times, yet you keep ignoring players. Global players and KR players are not the same. It’s basically the root problem for most contents nowadays: everyone plays Berserker because he’s the most rewarding (and broken) class. You can’t keep turning a blind eye on this issue.
