Make Sura as competetive as Kunoichi and Hashashin with better mobility distribution and higher APM as it should be to make his passive more usable.

Additionally (edit): How come Kunoichi can be invisible for a short time using all of her other skills? Also why does Viper Strike can teleport very far while Shadow Cloak can only teleport if the target is nearby?
