This is very annoying and it happens RANDOMLY! I am fine playing this game with med-high-high-max setting, smooth 45-60fps and this thing always screw it, change the settings to all high then cap my fps to only 30! I don't think this is necessary!

Edit: once this happens, the game will run in 30 fps permanently until i relog to the game

I'm facing that bug too.. and the character and some elements are still in blur.
