Add an option to customize the interface with the basic customizations like:
- repositioning buttons/ icons
- rescaling
- transparency sliders

Reasons why:
- Some people (myself included) finds the current in-game UI so cluttery
- for the left-handed player base
- it would optimize individual player's playing experience
