Why don't you make the world boss appear in different times like, instead of appearing everyday once for 3 hours, make it appear 3 times for 1 hour each time, this way more people will get the chance to fight it, the Americas servers have people from 6 different time zones and it goes from 6 PM to 1 AM for starting time, so, maybe making it appearing 3 times instead of 1 would be fair to people from other time zones.
