I really liked the way diablo immortal did there 15 man pvp maybe it was 10. With objectives that have to be cleared before you can move on to next task.

Another suggestion for bots
Maybe grant a cp bonus called battle hardened. Every time you die you get a cp boost. To better deal with the lopsidedness of bots. If you're in the top bracket of cp you get very little cp per death. Because you are wreaking havoc in the beginning accumulating kill points.
