Rework Grab Skills

Grabs are an overpowered mechanic. They can either initiate a combo against super armors and frontal guards or extend them to create a much longer combo. Worst case scenarios during a field PvP, an entire group of grab classes can continously CC a target by applying grab after grab. 

 

The point system from PC where 2 points worth of cc is the maximum that can be applied to a target was a good idea, and I've been suggesting it since before and I guess its a no. 

 

So I'd suggest that, since grabs are bound, make bound a primary cc just like daze stun and knockback. Basically speaking grabs should only apply while the target is standing. Or otherwise let all bound skills even if it is not a grab to deal additional down time to its target for a fairer combo time.
