Why does BDM not disclose the success rate for Seasonal Outfit Fusion chance in game? And if it does, I don't have an easy time finding or accessing the information.

According to the App Store Review Guidelines

3.1.1 (7)

• Apps offering “loot boxes” or other mechanisms that provide randomized virtual items for purchase must disclose the odds of receiving each type of item to customers prior to purchase.

Isn't withholding the information misleading to the customers...?
