Archer Fletcher Merge?

Archer and Fletcher both have this eerie feeling that they're lacking something in their kit. It's like their light-footedness to kite targets is missing especially againts the new class and the current mobility based meta. So what if we merge both of them? Since the original Archer never really had an Awakening or Succession in its story, but a Talent like Shai.
Greatbow as main weapon, Ra'ghon as sub-weapon.
Only retaining the skills:
1: Keep Away [4charges|4s cd]
2:Deadshot [SA in arena | 1 charge | 8s cd]
3:Bullseye [FG | 2 charges | 6 sec cd]
4:Light Beam [I-frame in arena | 11s cd]
5:Jackpot. [1 charge | 10s cd]
6:Concentrated Blast [SA | 1 charge | 5s cd]
7:Lambent Smash [1 charge | 5s cd]
8:One-Two [1 charge | 7s cd]
9:Fend Off [SA | 1 charge | 4s cd]
10:Bolt Storm [SA in arena | 6s cd daze]
11:Mark of Luthragons...Passive: Archer's HP reduction passive...Evasion type: Glide (Fletcher's evasion).
Idle stance would be, Ra'ghon on his left forearm with Greatbow on his back. His Greatbow will appear in his hand like a flashing light everytime he uses "awakening" skills.

I know this sounds so random and very confusing since Archer and Fletcher's lore had already been established, but... I just wanted to share some thoughts since there are a lot of adventurers complaining that Archer needs buff and Fletcher needs to regain his glory, and I guess the reason for this is Archer is too snappy which only has minimal movement to kite, while Fletcher is too slow for combos and escape.
