Muraka/Layten insane clear time, skill flow arena bug

As what we all noticed on the first Muraka after server merge, it died without lasting more than 3 minutes. Layten might be the same, due to the increased amount of adventurers on a single server. Hope, PA will increase their HP. So that late players might still be able to catch up to these world bosses to get rewards better than their spectres.

 

Also please fix skill flow bug on both karkea and normal arena. Skill flow can be used even though it is turned off. 

 

Additional, thoughts on bow and arrow classes:

[Fletcher, Archer, Huntress] have a hard time against the in and out tactic of the meta classes.

They don't have good protected catches unlike [Sage, Destroyer, Raven, and Phantasma].

 

suggestions:

abbrevations used: SA - super armor; CD - cooldown; OP - over powered

GD - great desert; BS - black sun.

Fletcher [should regain his prime]:

-rework "Keep Away"1 charge, 2 fast-succeeding hits, 3 sec CD, SA , daze.

-skill "Bullseye" SA not applied in arena.

-skill "Jackpot's flow: Searing Light" needs shorter charging time.

-skill "Light Beam" reduce base CD from 13 sec to 9 sec

(for better mobility both PvP and Black Sun.)

 

Archer [needs to rise even a bit]: 

-rework "Snapshot" 1 charge, 3 fast-succeedinghits, 4 sec CD, SA , daze

-skill "Luminous Barrage" increase CD from 6 to 8 sec, SA not applied in arena

(can be spammed without exhausting other skills off arena, vulnerable to SA trade and grabs).

-skill "Bolt Storm" reduce base CD from 12 sec to 8 sec, invincible when jumping, 

stun on hit, knock-up on last hit, SA (for better mobility in both PvP and Black Sun.)

-skill "Radiant Barrage" needs range, changing the whole skill into

"Arrow Explosion from archer bdo" if the flow is on would be great. 

 

Huntress :  

-rework "Blasting Gust" 1 charge, 2 succeeding hits, 4 sec CD, SA, daze.

-skill "Razor Wind" remove super armor in arena. 

-skill "Evasive Explosion Shot's flow: Air Attack" as a 3rd hit with SA also in arena

instead of changing the skill's 2nd hit (for longer range of mobility in PvP and Black Sun).

 

These balance suggestions are based on Destroyer's kit.

Not to over power other classes like Destroyer but to keep up with the meta.

Where skill cooldowns are timed with the total amount of protection in a single cycle.

Which is focused on a lower cooldown mobility skills, in order to cover enough distance 

when farming edana in GD and higher survivability when escaping in BS.
