1. Server chat should be meant for server chat not advertisements.

There are way too many people spamming their codes, guilds, etc. on server chat that it is incredibly difficult and hard to see anything that anyone types anymore. It's also the same spiel with players baiting others to use their codes in promise of free pearls and what not. Guild recruitment should be done in a separate channel not the server and the same goes for any inquiries that players have about the game. Promises for utilizing fame codes should warrant in a mute or some form of surpression since there is literally a guild now that prides itself on spamming server chat with their fame codes. 

 

2. Forums blow up with the same questions over and over.

Are you all not tired of this? Including server chat, there is nothing done to filter out the discussions that are generally more appropriate and conducive to the game at large. As a result, you get countless spam threads all saying the same things over and over without any recourse. A community moderator would assist in answering inquiries versus having to deal with a playerbase spamming your ticketing/support system relentlessly for the same problem.

 

3. Vitriol (sh*t posting) versus understanding.

With the recent iOS maintenance and the bugs that are existing right now after subsequent updates, a Community/Game Moderator could address some of the grievances and concerns that players are experiencing. Without a CM, there is 0 filter in regards to how players can behave on several channels of communication. As witnessed, several players just flood forums and server chat with the same repetitious vitriol concerning PA and their inability to handle the demands of the players. 

PA needs some kind of moderation so that this kind of behavior is condoned rather than encouraged. I literally cannot read anything in chat anymore or filter any of the threads on these forums.
