You are taking about Knockdown or "KD" is what it's called. Between Fletcher and Archer, he is built for speed, accuracy and evasion.

I play Archer on console, I can tell you that on both console and mobile platforms I have experienced KD from monsters and players alike. Even if the build across both are evasion builds or have the KD Resistance build, it is possible to KD him still. If your muse has gone through Succession you can use Stub arrow to stun.

I hear many complaints across all platforms about the Archer. Rather hes too powerful or suffering in certain areas.
