Fix your gear enchantment and arena algorithms

For god fking sakes it's not possible to be that bad, I mean I gather resources every month and at the end of the month I try to enchant gears but my god its not fking freaking possible to fail just a piece of armor to fail for tet 400 times I mean c'mon even with 50% valks failing don't need to mention how many times restoration failed to. I'm not here as a f2p to cry, I'm here as a customer which does some payment to the game monthly or weekly to support and enjoy the benefits of a payment and asks for fixings.
Let's move to arena, your arena has no balance like the worst balance I've ever seen in a MMORPG game doesn't matter if it's Mobile or PC MMORPG admit it it's the worse some classes are beyond OP and some mechanics do not even work. For example I play maehwa which I have 2 spells and their description says "cannot be grabbed while in stealth" but the fun part is yeap I get grabbed while playing with low ms like 30ms which means I don't lag.
knock backs/up or downs not working properly, for example a skill description says "knockback/down/up at first attack" sometimes the opponent uses a charge skill with stun or daze mostly which they don't gain super armor or invincibility (not every charge skill ofc) while you are using one of your knockback/down/up spell instead of them getting knocked back/down/up you get stunned and sometimes the opposite happens which you knock back/down/up them instead of getting stunned, I know most of the people are going to say "it's just timing" but its not you either fix the descriptions or fix the mechanics or the way the algorithm works, many times I noticed that many classes don't take damage while both players uses a skill which doesn't give super armor or invincibility, just one player takes the damage and the other not and do not dare to tell me its who uses first their skill, I mean its pvp you do damage while at the same time receive damage unless you are stunned/dazed/downed thats how pvp works. There are other things to mention but I guess you got my point from these examples.
Overall as a company you should start focusing on fixing "bugs or problems" instead of adding payment sided content in the game to keep your players which are the potential customers happy.
