When a character pulls up the rod after catching a fish, there's a 2-3 secs cooldown before we can start again (until fish icon shows on screen). This wait is frustrating when we are fishing continuously. We should be able to start fishing "instantly" after pulling out the rod. Why should we wait to see the fish!

For this reason, sometimes we forget to pull down the rod. and there are other issues too (it is really hard to time it again later on after the cooldown). 

Please fix it & remove the cooldown. Thank you.
