So it is said that the amount of damage you do to a world boss plays a role on the loot you get. But is really annoying when you join a world boss that is already low in HP.

Why not create a timer for instances. Like every 3-5 minutes a group gets gathered (behind the scene) and start at the same time instead of just get dropped into an instance thats already running. Then if you missed it, you will be in the new group.

So I rather wait a few minutes knowing I will enter a fresh instance than just get join an already running instance.
