I'm Fletcher user for my experience this class is very slow to move and the skills also cool down skill is slow also I don't know why you create this character and some of close range class the skill like long range than Fletcher I don't understand I am not enjoying your game actually hopefully you update the Fletcher class and I'll play it again thanks

My Main is a Fletcher, yes the Class' Skill had Slow Cooldown, but there are Skills that have Fast Cooldown too, I understand your Frustration but Have you atleast tried Mastering this Class, Yes Fletcher is probably one of the easy targets in Pvp or PKs in Outlaw... but it depends on how you play this Class, and other Classes too. there is no easy way. so back to Skill Cooldown, try equipping your Fletcher with a proper Skill Build, Watch Fletcher Players in Youtube, they might help with your Fletcher Skill Cooldown Problems.
