All my skills are still lvl 1 and i have plenty of skill books but when using it always go to the skill training tab.
How to level up my skills?

You need yellow skill books to level up skils once you awaken/ascension. look at the item drop list for mobs and find the right ones until you see the books, usually south.north media, and west valencia. use those skill books to increase cp/hp
