Hello, I have recently upgraded my main weapon to Level 8 directly from Level 7, yesterday I upgraded my ring same way no resto scrolls, which was a suprise at 4% sucess rate this seems improbable, so is this normal when upgrading to level 8 as a gift for the anxiety?
