With the recent update,

Manufacturing Outfit: Weapon and Armor has been Discontinued.

The Dye Workshop is currently unable to produce weapons and armor.

Armor made in Dye Worshop was the best source to get Artisan's Skein.

You could contact Isobelle Encarotia, from whom you received a certain amount of Artisan's Skein in connection with Tailor Outfit.

The reward for completing the Bounty Mission is currently the only convenient source for obtaining Artisan's Skein.

Currently, everyone can have up to 30 warriors.
Each warrior needs his unique equipment (weapon and armour) and should be able to upgrade his equipment.

With the gain of six Artisan's Skein per day, upgrading otfit will be very slow.

Not all changes in BDM are for the better.
