This topic is quite comprehensive, so I will gradually add the necessary information…
I divided Merchantry in BDM territory into two parts:
These are daily trade trips that do not have as their primary goal the fulfillment of the requirement to obtain Orzecas's Treasure "Olvian Conch". They do not require any prior preparation. The necessary limit to get Orzecas's Treasure "Olvian Conch" = sell at least 1 500 000 000 silver, can be difficult to meet (chance is about 1~2%)
In order to get Orzecas' treasure "Olvian Conch" as soon as possible, it is necessary to prepare in advance before starting the trade trip. Special preparation requires at least one trade trip, after completing the preparation and meeting the basic prerequisites and conditions, you will have almost 100% success rate. Orzecas' treasure "Olvian Conch" will then be obtained within 10 days (10 trade routes).

1) Moving the camp from the Balenos region to the Serendia region.
Reason: Increase in travel distance.
With the help of the camp workers, move the camp to the selected area -> Serendia. |
This image is for illustrative purposes only , once activated the camp will be relocated back to the Balenos area. |
2) Reaching the maximum level of "Merchantry" = 100%.
Reason: Increase in travel distance.
3) Have a High-quality “Merchant Wagon” made.
Reason: More weight capacity = more trading profit.
Trade Wagon - weight capacity 6,000 |
Merchant Wagon - weight capacity 12,000 |
4) Breed a team of horses, x3 Tier 8
Reason: Increase in travel distance.
Horses, x3 Tier 7 - Food Capacity 107,380 |
Horses, x3 Tier 8 - Food Capacity 110,100 |
5) Get enough Crow Merchants' Elixir for 10 trade routes
x110 Crow Merchants’ Elixir (20 second)
x70 Crow Merchants’ Elixir (45 second)
Reason: Trade routes will be faster, potions do not affect range.

6) Get (make or buy) enough goods to sell.
One type of goods = 16,000 items for 10 trade routes.
There are 15 types of goods in total. Store the goods in the warehouse (chest) that is in the Camp.
Reason: Multiple goods = multiple business transactions = greater profit.

Specialty items are heavy in weight and therefore can only be purchased in limited quantities. They can be sold at a profit from 2-3 trading stations. They disproportionately take up the capacity of the car. Selling items from the standard range is much more profitable.
Items purchased in the "Specials" offer cannot be sold at a profit in the following 1~3 trade places. |

You can buy and sell at 14 locations in one business trip.
To get the "Olivian Conch", you should sell goods at each trading place for a price:
1 500 000 000 : 14 = 107 142 857
This is equivalent (with a surplus) to 4 wires of standard goods of 800 pieces each.
107 142 857 : 30 624 000 = 3,5
7) Designate 4 camp workers - specialists and use only these workers for „Merchantry".
Reason: During the "Merchantry", the selected camp workers will upgrade their specializations up to Lv 200. Higher Lv = higher profit.

For better clarity, you can add Prefixes in front of the names of the camp staff that correspond to the Specialties and qualities needed for higher performance (Dexterity, Vitality). |
8) Achieve Lv 100% "Amity" of all merchants
Reason: Lv 100% Amity = complete range of special goods
9) Make sure you have the maximum amount of food available for Merchantry before moving from the camp to the starting trading point (Trent or Altinova).
Reason: The driving distance is directly proportional to the amount of food you have. Not enough food = not reaching your destination.
🚫 actual Food 51,202 = little food for the whole trade trip 🚫 / replenish food to match the daily food supply ! 👍 minimum amount of food required = yours Daily Food Supply = 126,100 (in my case) |
|
👍 current status of Food 184,204 = Food sufficiency for trade route 👍 | |
Everfrost - Fishing | Black Shrine - Cooking |
suggestion to improve BDM - add information about the current status of Food

10) Saving itineraries for 2 business routes
11) Time control
12) Do not deviate from the main route
13) Always ignore Morco before reaching your destination (Trent, Altinova)
14) In the last part, teleport to Morco.
15) Don't buy items from the special offer, at the last three trading points.
