Strategy to defeat Golden Pig

OBVIOUS TIPS:

* Use meta class like Berzerker, Igneous, or Cheoryang

** If using a non-meta class, set the skills to Forward Guard

*** If there's not enough FG skills, then at least utilize 1 invincibility skill with long durations like Lancer's Fallen Angel or Drakania's Dragon Glide

**** To make things easier, time Boss fights during their aura's weakened state. The indicator to which Aura is weakened is set every week. 

NOVA Specifics:

1. In my case, I use Nova and set all skills with FG. It's not meta but it can survive longer. An advance combo is to use just enough FG skills with the highes damage output. An example is to use Quoratum Charge as buffer for incoming frontal damage from Golden Pig. 

3. Aside from FG, set skill branch to either Ahib or Labreve. Nova needs all the dps it can muster since she has lower dps compared to other classes. This still depends on which branch is the highest, it can be serrett if it is higher and Nova needs a little bit more sustain or recover HP.

4. Energy Points can be balanced but majority must be on AP increase. I tried 8/10 AP, 2/10 HP or 2/10 HP Recovery. Again for Nova, it needs all the dps it can get because she has lower dps. Else, experiment at your own liking. Don't be afraid to fail if you can learn somthing from it.

5. During battle, time is your real enemy. This means Nova has to dish out dps asap. Let the queen out as Nova dish dps using Frenzied Bishop, Glacial, and other dps skills. The selling point of the Nova class is her summons especially the queen as she can deal 90% of damage on multiple hit occassions. Just make sure to be near the Golden Pig once the queen comes out.

6. Quratum Charge is a buffer skill with FG immunity. However, dont us Q if Pig unleashes AOE skills. This is the same with Frost March, all FG skills are useless against an AOE attack. 

7. For Pig AOE skills, neutral evasion is key; at least 3 tics of AOE damage will come so time it properly with Nova's  evasion. It's good that she has proper evasion linger time so it is easier for timing. When neutral evasion let's you out of the Pig's circle, make sure to get inside asap using Quoratum charge. An advance technique is to do 2 neutral evasion then the last one will be forward evasion going back as near as possible to the Pig Boss.

8. Watch out for the Golden Pig's chat or the word's uttered before casting specific skills. This are indicators to help players what skill to expect and what necessary counter is needed.

9. In conclusion, many says the Golden Pig is the easiest and this is true. And it becomes more easier with Nova because of her FG skills. 

10. Lastly, enjoy the new BDM feature. Don't be stressed out. This guide is meant to give players the basics and general mechanics. Unlike other guides, where everything is spelled out specifically, this guide is more general so players can be trained to think for themselves and adjust to the situations and read scenarios. Players in BDM should not be care bears, fail a little to learn how to be stronger. It lessens player dependency and makes the BDM community more alive.
