Everfrost: 

1) First and foremost, Everfrost is a very big region. So first minutes in, my advice is to discover it and go for all the knowledge there is available to get (both exploring the map and killing mobs). From this you can get black pearls and cp which will help you go further up in the map. Doin main quest will carry you throughout the whole map but you can do it on your own too.  

2) Once you went for all the knowledge available, comes the farming, fishing and excavating. Since time is limited by citron tea, you should claim these in the last few hours of today so you can use them the next day after reset + 2 more. You will get 1 for free, each day and then a couple more with quest board. Using this time efficiently is key. So try to maximize the number of teas you stack so you can be longer hours in Everfrost. Unlike Great Desert, where farming each day 20 minutes can be highly profitable, Everfrost will work better if you can stay an hour afk farming there. 

3) Don't neglect excavations or fishing spots! These can give you materials very neccessary for your own progression in game. And they're added to collections which give cp. Get every excavation you see, and go for every fishing spot you see as well. 

4) Use soups and fortune scrolls for better drops in here and make sure you profit off possible flutes your own guild pops. Flute of Unity works here, so make sure every time someone pops one, you're ready to farm there. 

5) Finally, enjoy the content. Take screenshots. Scenery is gorgeous, so it's very much worth it. Happy farm and discovering!
