Topic 1) Strategy on utilizing Citron Tea to farm effectively in the Everfrost region:

Try to get at least 2 Citron teas (from messages and from the stamina event ) and go in for more rewards. When choosing a spot, please be wary of other players and don't start farming in the same spot where there is someone else - you will bring down your rewards and the other players too. Remember that there is a lot of space and you can go in and out of the area BUT the time will still go

Topic 2) Your own Guardian class skills combo:

Using Cascade to stun and holding the button for additional attack I think it's always a good start to PVP battle. Following with Bonechill Strike to gain more AP and Earth Slam is a good follow-up strategy.

For PVE - Shield blitz reminds me a lot of Paladin's Radiant Charge. Depending on the PVP enemy I would use that followed by Omua's Admonition and Astral Descent.
