You mean the relic slot at bottom?

No, not relic, i mean for example in armor equipment, there will be status like :
- Hp + 120
- Crit rate 4%

Or :
- Mp + 100
- Mana recovery + 2
- Skill recovery + 2

And in my character, the last status is write with black color like the status is not active.

you have to equip the one set of equipment. for shamir set, you have to equip shamir helm, armor, gloves, and shoes for the effect to be activated.
