When you are just starting or already started you should understand a few basic knowledge or must-haves when it comes to the best farming strategy. Here is the tips that usually doesn't give much importance but really helps a lot. Which is the Pets.

Pet Skills

Pet skills are important in many ways whether it was for PVP, PVE, fighting World Bosses and Bosses, or even gathering. But now we focus on building pet skills for farming.

These are the pet skills you should use when doing AFK farming:

Field Combat EXP: +2% - +5%
It is important to have this in your pet when farming to maximize the experience you'll get and you must be using three pets with a maximum percentage rate (5% at level 1) to fully utilize the skill.
Knowledge Acquire Rate: +2% - +5%
Equip this to get more knowledge faster when farming especially in hadum or chaos field. It also works in Bosses and World Bosses.

Special Skill (Tier 5 above):
Field Silver Drop Rate: +9% - +17%
You can get more spoils to drop that you can sell to get more silver. It is much more useful when you are using three pets equipped with this skill that has a maximum percentage (+17% at level 1).
Extra Damage to bosses +6% - +12%
This skill only applies to boss rush and not the world bosses or alyaelli rift, but if you level it up to level 15 it will include extra damage to world bosses as a sub-skill. This skill is not used for farming but for easily fighting in a boss rush, it gives a big help when you equip this especially when the level or cp of the boss is too high.

Tips in giving skills to pets for farming
There are three slots for a set of pets to use. Always prioritize the combination of pets when doing farming, fighting bosses, or when feeding the black spirit. The rest are a combination for gathering (such as mining, foraging, logging and fishing) and for PVP.

Farming
When you are farming always use pets with field combat exp with max percentage regardless of what special skill they have. It will give you a boost in gaining higher experience.
But if you still doesn't max out the knowledge of hadum monsters always prioritise the knowledge acquire rate, you can even use it if you enter BS mode for faster knowledge gain rate in that area.
If you can combine those skills in a set of three pets that would be an easy farming.

Fighting Bosses
When fighting bosses don't forget to use the set of pets with the knowledge acquire rate to level up faster the knowledge of bosses.

Black Spirit
Always use a set of pets with a high percentage of dark energy exp to fully utilize everything that the black spirit absorbs.

The skills that your pet can get are always random so be sure to always check if it is the highest percentage before levelling up your pet or you will regret it later. You can check it by clicking pets and then pet tier info. You can see the range of percentages there.

Additional Tips
When you are going to AFK farming always check if you are alone in the spot because the chances of gaining exp, getting loots and having rare drops will be half regardless if you hit more monster or not. Always farm alone.

Getting Rare Drops Easily
This tips is just base on how I easily get rare drops easily (such as Ah'krad) and I'm not sure if it will also works for others. The trick is when you farm in a spot and got a rare drop save that spot and always farm there. If within 3 days you didn't get another drop change spot. If you didn't get a drop in a particular spot just keep on changing spot until you have a rare drop. If by chance your specific spot is already occupied just change channel by going to your friend list and then visits their camp then exit. Just keep visiting different friends to change channel until you are farming alone.
