Where is normal field,field of Valor, nightmare?

Your question is hard to figure out myself. I'm trying to find these fields too. Oh they are probably the maps in the game... makes sense to anyone with a half a braincell.

So normal region is anywhere you go in the world, also known as Elion, and hadum region is when you enter the black rift and enter the scary place with stronger monsters. Field of valor is an event where you fight a bunch of monsters for like 30 mins or so and score some dope loot. I still am confused about the nightmare thing but hope this helps?
