I would like to change my character’s hair style in the game. I can go to the “beauty” tab, find appearance (the face icon) change it and view it, but it does not show that change in the game play. What am I doing wrong? Or is it once you create the character originally, you cannot change the appearance in game play?

Did you use that change appearance coupon?

There is either a quest for a Character Appearance coupon or you can use 140 black pearls to buy from the Character Shop.
