So i see this passive pet in "to make your char strong" function(forget the name is). and the number appear i have 0 and other people most likely have 19 point. i have doing getting pet,combine pet,buy pet,combine again and get 2 rank five pets that have extra skill on it but its still not increasing the passive pet. so where i get this passive pet point..?

Think it's about pet collection. You get additional AP/DP for collecting each kind in every tier. It's in pet's album (dog's paw symbol), check it there. You get CP for T1 5/15, 10/15, 15/15, next in T2- 5/15,10/15, etc.,
