Need only one: "Port Epheria", and the requeriment is complete the main quest "The Road to Port Epheria", but I have already the log of north Calpheon in 100%, and I'm in Southwest Calpheon 55%+. Help me to complete this please.

I have the same problem too, EU Server. Weird, must be a bug.

I'm at chapter 5 atm.

PS.: I solved it, later, near finishing the missions you must go back (main quest line), then you get the Knowledge.

I finished the entire chapter already, but also I tried running back from Epheria to Calpheon but wasnt able to trigger the knowledge...

Don't worry about this quest. It is part of the main quest line. You get this quest after you kill Hexe Marie boss.

Great, I can confirm it's not a bug - you will get the quest some missions after Hexe Marie as normal part of the main quest line.
