Seems there is little, actual knowledge here. One guy crowing about 100% across the board, which...doesn't really fall under a tip,trick, or knowledge :)

 

So, here is my request for knowledge. 

What location is Bipache found it ? I will go back through each city tonight, again, as well as villages and try to locate him again. 

He is in northern or southeast calpheon i believe. Appears in the main storyline if i remember correctly

He is at the cursed lands

I would say be patient as he is part of the normal progression quest line that will be completed prior to the event end for Knowledge rewards.

 

He is the 2nd NPC that is lumped with 1 area, but exists in a different area. Hence the confusion for me and others
