Last week the day before the Sorc update dropped,  I went on the home page of the main site and there was an option to sign up and receive a code for the Sorc update to get a pack.  I did it,  got my code and entered it in on the 28th.  I did not get the pack in-game.  After that I signed up a new account and re-did the process again on that account and I indeed did receive the reward pack on the new account.  Why did I not get it on  my main account?
