Sii Bro totally, meaning Shai has lost her biggest advantage, which was recovering life super fast. Now she can't do as much and they've nerfed her:(

Both longer recast and self healing halved is too much. Along with crap for dps class isnt fun to play anymore. Mained Shai from day 1 and now it makes me mad everytime i log on to her.
