I am writing to ask, what the hell is going on?

It feels like you've given up on the game itself, and no care for the America server player base as a whole.

Between the rampant hacking going on, to the bugged events, the substandard character balances, the removal of lucky shop, the abysmal rng to enhance gear, accessories etc.

Every single aspect of your game seems to hate the players who play it.

I dont consider myself a whale by any means, but I have certainly spent a lot of money supporting this game, to feel let down at every point and turn. So much so that i have stopped spending.

I am not alone in this veiw point.

If this continues, you'll find America as a dead server, everyone is fed up.
