I just came back from very long ago, made a progression character. It started in Valencia trying to send me on my other char's main story quests. I have NO gear. I cannot find where to get my Tuvala equipment and have no idea what to even do. My character is lvl 70 now and still I have no gear, I'm using the Tuvala accs but can't find starting quests.

WHERE DO I GET TUVALA EQUIPMENT.
