It's for players, to get advice from other players. To share their own experience with other players.
Moderator is to supervise general posting rules, and he doesn't have to reply any questions, as here you are asking other users.
And if you want answer for your issue from official side, you always can submit a ticket in support forum - you always get your answer.

Strange ,. that some people doesn't see the difference between SUPPORT FORUM and COMMUNITY FORUM.
