Between last week to this week, i noticed a big difference when it comes to loots.. the junks are no problem but this week i get significantly less red boxes hunting violent mobs.. and less to no yellow energy from normal ones.. im pretty sure devs man

I'm sure that's because last week's maintenance significantly improved the loots you get from red chest. So it's rarer now. From 3 boss stamps increased to 30, from 3 ancient tablets increased to 30, from 1 good black stones increased to 10 and etc.

They are rare for a reason ;)

The previous drop rate was better imo

While that may be true, current loots from red chest are 10x more better. So that's fine
