I’m max level 3200+ cp fully stacked defence gems and nearly everyone I come into contact with almost one shots...even when I’m travelling and I happen to run through someone farming I’ll get tagged by one spell that does 3k damage, a warrior just dashed to me and one shot me like a touch of death now either the majority of the player base have got like 5000cp+ somehow or the majority have some kind of damage hack its truly awesome I mean I just love playing on a relatively new server grinding hard as hell to achieve an extra 10cp or so only to get my ass whipped by everyone

Tell me about it, I'm also 3200cp+ max level, highest CP on my server is 4200 and I don't really understand how I'm getting one-shotted either, I'm a warrior so my defense is higher than most

There are a few more layers to your issues than just cp difference. What accessories do you use? If anything below yellow, then your hp pool is low (under 4k). Getting 1 shot by someone hundreds of cp above you? Expect to get bitten if you come too close to a dangerous animal. Grind with outlaw mode off if you're too weak to defend yourself. Stay out of witches nightmare zone. Sounds like you're inviting your own problems upon yourself. Im 3900cp and still cant hold out against higher cp and more skilled players. So i avoid such confrontation.

Check then Rankings page. Remember that your rank is basically an indication of the number of people in your server with higher CP than you.

If you're not in top 1,000 then you'll regularly get rolled by someone much stronger when farming Outlaw. 

I love first conclusion: I get beaten by other players so they must use some hacks...;)

 

3200 is low CP - deal with it.

Just don`t use Outlaw and don`t go to open pvp zone if you are not competetive, thats it.
