Just wondering if any other users have ever heard back from customer support? My ticket is still labeled as registering.

Nope, I submitted bugs 10 days ago.  Never heard anything and bug report still says "registering".  New patch notes just came out and didn't even acknowledge the bug existed.  For reference, some of us have no relic fragments dropping at all when farming.  Great nerf to CP thanks PA!

I heard twice from them already.
