Just wanted to check if anyone had actual interactions with customer support for this game?  I filed a bug report 4 days ago regarding relic fragments not dropping and have not even received an email response other than the instant automated receipt email.  Posted the same bug here 3 days ago and have not had any response on their official forums as well.  

I submitted tickets twice but i heard nothing so far.
It's been 4 days now.

I had reply from the customer support. Though it took a while like a week
