our guild leader has been inactive for quite some time.

We officers can neither kick inactive members nor claim the leadership, how can we make sure that the guild can continue to run?

How can we automatically remove an account from the guild after a certain period of inactivity?

And who will then be appointed as the new leader?

The guild master can appoint a guild officer as guild master. If the guild master has not logged in for 14 days, a guild officer is automatically appointed guild master.

- Even if there is no guild officer, a normal guild member can never be appointed guild master.

If a guild master is reappointed and thus the ownership of the guild changes, we cannot help you with a reappointment, restoration or change of guild master, so choose wisely.

We had the same problem, and I left the guild losing all my points and contribution :( it's kinda annoying the guild/leader system. You can not whisper the Leader or guildmates if they're not your friend and you need wait them to connect and bless to them answer you
