I am trying to get serendia pass to go to next region from velia. How do I get the pass?

Click on the auest highlighted purple. A list will appear showing all the things you can do to move fwd. You only have to complete 5 of them if I remember right.

I did all five of the quests to get the qualifications pass to serendia but it won't give me the pass
