how to completely uncover 3 specific locations on the Everfrost map so that instead of " ? " to show the obaz symbols of those places?

 

1. Charbonneau Charcoal Workshop
2. Wind Nol's Perch
3. Black Lake Encapment

If you already visited the Places already and still have "?" it's probably you haven't activated the Broken Altars. the Location usually appears when you activate a Broken Altar.
