my game crash on Iphone during event. and once I relogin it processed me to create new character and family. However, once I tried login in my Ipad Im still able to play my main family. and I notice that in my ipad my Region is Dandelion, while my iphone is ASIA but I can't change it to Dandelion like my Ipad as it appeared in gray

after searching for a while, I known that there has been a sever merging year ago. but then how can I enter my old account ? since it not allow to select other except ASIA?

Try cleaning up the game: You know, sometimes games just have a little too much old junk lying around, causing all sorts of trouble. Try giving it a clean sweep by clearing the cache or, if you're up for it, reinstalling it altogether. Just a heads up, though, if you go the reinstallation route, make sure your game's linked to your Facebook account. Would hate to see you lose your progress. Facebook account check or Region Settings.
