Are the mobs defined for attaining titles required to be from Elion?
I.e.: I need Weasels for title of Weasel Extraordinaire- do Hadum Weasels count toward these kills for title or must they be from Elion?

Yep, if you wanna grab those specific titles, you gotta focus on mobs from the Elion region. Like, for the Weasel Extraordinaire title, you need to hunt Weasels in the Elion area. Hadum Weasels won't count towards getting that title.
