This used to be normal for all new zones - but every new location after east Valencia has had no such feature.

We have had at least 2 dozen new zones open up since the last repeatable elion quest was added. The rewards would not be so puny in the top tier zones - like 5k lightstones instead of 2k. It just gives people more ways to get vials and lightstones.

For what u want that? Rewards are pretty bad.
