I noticed most ppl speak russian

It's Europe server so people from that location play there. I can't say most of them speak russian like at Velia server but it open for all no mater what language ppl skeak.

I play at older server Hidel at America location and i do speak russian so servers are not limited to ppl who live at those location ,it's matter of choise.

But it really looks like that too many Russian-speaker people are on the server. Or, maybe, they just love to chat in server chat too much :) And usually it's not just chatting, but blaming and hating :)

For me, its okey.

but im really curious why such a big Country won't have his own Servers. The Ping to Europe must be terrible.
